Hanshi Nirvan began his martial arts journey in 1975.
In1976 , he became the Heavyweight Boxing Champion, and in 1978, he won the Silver Medal in the National Judo Championship at Delhi.
On 1st January 1979, he opened the first Karate Training Centre at Ashok Marg, C. Scheme Jaipur, and trained students across several prestigious institutions, including Maharani College, Kanoriya College, Rajasthan University Campus, Saint Paul’s School, Saint Soldier School, Anokhi Tilak Marg, and the Rajasthan Police etc.

Yes. We offer ladies-only and girls’ batches for many of our programs (e.g., Zumba, yoga, martial arts). We also have children’s classes in multiple disciplines. These ensure comfort, safety, and tailored training.
Typically morning batches start around 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and evening/late batches run roughly between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on the program). Please check for the specific program you are interested in.
Basic equipment (rackets/shuttles, yoga mats, etc) is available in many cases, but it’s advisable that you bring your own personal gear (e.g., sports shoes, towel, water bottle). For martial arts or advanced classes, personal equipment may be required.
Results depend on your consistency, fitness level, and engagement. With regular attendance (3–5 sessions/week), many members see improvements in fitness, stamina, technique and skills within weeks. For competitive goals, progress may take a few months.
Yes. We maintain clean, well-maintained facilities, separate changing rooms, and provide trained staff/lifeguards where applicable (e.g., swimming, sauna). We also provide women-friendly sessions to ensure comfort and safety for all members.
